Message from our Team Leader
In the more than 5 years that Dream It Do It East Africa Safaris has been running trips around the East Africa, we’ve seen a few things.
From earthquakes to Over floods – each crisis has served as a reminder of the things that truly matter: our customers, our people, and our communities.
The daily news updates and rapid spread of Coronavirus (or COVID-19) has created a world of uncertainty for even the most intrepid people, so I wanted to personally reach out to you with an update on what we’re doing.
The welfare of our travelers and our staff is our priority. That’s why we follow advice from the experts at the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the official government travel advisories.
While this particular situation is unprecedented, we do have a very experienced global operations team. Right now, we are monitoring this situation incredibly closely and working with operations teams throughout to monitor and evaluate destinations for those of us planning to travel with us in the coming weeks.
Things are changing very quickly at the moment, so we will be having an update to keep you up to date with any changes to trips that are scheduled to depart in the coming weeks and months

Our Promise, your peace of mind
Even if you’re fit and healthy, you’re probably feeling anxious about how Coronavirus could impact your travel plans in the coming weeks and months. While things may be a little uncertain in the short term, we don’t want you to be put off planning your next trips with us.
So today, we are launching what we have called ‘The Promise’.
If you decide to cancel your booking up to 22 days before departure, you can do so without losing any money. We will hold your full payment as a credit for future travel.
Or, if your trip can’t run due to factors outside of our control, you will receive 150% credit towards future travel with us.
Whatever happens, your booking is protected. That’s our promise.
Looking after yourself, looking after others
Please do read the advice provided by WHO on how to stay healthy. Little things, like washing your hands properly, really do make a difference!
If there’s a silver lining to all this, it is that Coronavirus has reminded the world that we’re all connected.
Please be kind and let’s take care of each other.
